The Dessert Plate (34 East Main Street - 908.722.9881) is celebrating their 9th birthday with fun activities and delicious goodies August 21st from 12 Noon - 2pm.
There will be a coloring contest for kids 9 and under to help Cake Girl design her cake. The designs will hang in the bakery for the next 2 weeks and be judged by their customers. The winner will have their cake design made for them out of a real cake by Cake Girl!
There will be free goody bags for contest participants, they can have their picture taken with CakeGirl, there will be special promotions - buy 9 cookies or cupcakes, get a 10th free. -Cute little 4-inch cakes will be for sale for only $9.
Cake Girl also invites you to purchase one of their special coffee travel mugs - it's just $10 and it doesn't matter how much you drink coffee, you'll always save because you only pay the price of a small - forever!
